Summary
This is a fully automatic folding mask production line (typical model such as N95). The equipment is loaded in a full roll. Multi-layer non-woven fabric rolls are composite roll welded. The nose strip is rolled and cut then welded. The two rolls of ear straps are automatically decoiled. After the fixed length is cut and welded, the face mask body is folded in half, and after ultrasonic welding and fusion, the final mask is rolled and formed.
